Son of Claude Nicolas Samory and Marie Antoinette Magdalena Dupont de Lorme, both born in France Claude died in Charleston, S.C. and Marie in New Orleans, La., Pierre had dual citizenship with France and US, but retained his US Citizenship after his father passed, his mother moved to New Orleans where Pierre met his wife (Francois Eleonore Doubere) and they had five children. Pierre was an architect in New Orleans.
