Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co., Tyler.
Mr. Felder died Jan. 24, 2013, at his residence.
He was born March 28, 1928, in Somerville and was a resident of Smith County for more than 56 years. He was a graduate of Emmett J. Scott High School and attended Prairie View A&M University. He was a member of Ebenezer AME Church, was retired from Trane and had served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his son, Robert Felder Jr. of Tyler; daughters, Cheryl Felder and Jacqueline Jackson of Tyler; two grandchildren, Kevin and Chyna Felder of Tyler and one great-grandchild, Nadiyah Felder of Tyler.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
