Elsie M. Jenkins, 86, of Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald in 2009; and by her son-in-law, Daniel Chappell in 2012. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Chappell; her son, Frederick (Keitha) Jenkins; grandchildren, Kimberly (Joseph) Manfredi, Thomas (Nicole) and Stacy Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Juliana Manfredi and her four nieces. Calling hours will be Saturday 9 to 11 a.m. at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be at 11 a.m. and burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
