Rev. J.B. Cummins died at age 86. He was born in Johnson co. the 4th of a family of ten children, five sons of whom became ministers. His parents were Daniel and Elizabeth Smith Cummins. 1930 his wife [Emma] died. 1933 he married Beatrice Aaron. She died 1948. Oct. 5, 1953 he married Mrs. Beatrice Orwig Allen of Decatur. Leaves his widow, three minister brothers, all retired. Rev. J.W. and Rev. J.P. both of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Rev. L.G. of Decatur and Tucson, Ariz. and a nephew Bert Cummins also of Decatur. Burial Maple Hill Cemetery.
