Ambrose Williams, 33, former manager of Dunn's pharmacy, died about 10 o'clock yesterday morning at Atwood, Kans., of a cerebral hemorrhage resulting from head injuries received in a fall when he slipped on an icy walk. With his mother, Mrs. Anne Williams, Mr. Williams resided in Grand Island until about eight years ago. At Atwood, he operated a grocery and dry goods store in association with a brother, Glenn.

Surviving are his wife, a son Dickie, at Atwood; his mother and four brothers, Joe of Long Beach, Cal., Glenn, of Atwood, Kas.; Bede and Harold of Arapahoe, and two sisters, Martha and Margaret Ann, at Atwood. His mother was visiting at the home of her son, Joe, in Long Beach, when notified of the death. The family resided in Arapahoe, Ne., before moving to Grand Island. An aunt, Mrs. M. R. Williams and daughter, Cecilia, living east of Grand Island, left today to attend the funeral, to be held Thursday morning.
