Emma Marie Love, an only child, was born on May 14, 1918 to Charles A. "Chi" Love and Emma E. Hewlings in Ellensburg, Washington. She lived in Ellensburg almost her entire life until the summer of 2001, when she moved to Olympia to be closer to her family. A kind and gentle soul, Emma was a member of the Church of Christ in Ellensburg. She received a lot of enjoyment in her life through her gardening, children, and grandchildren. Over the years she worked in various positions in retail and at Central Washington College in Ellensburg, and she finished as a volunteer at the Kittitas County Health Department until her move to Olympia. Emma married Forest W. Worgum on January 26, 1938 in Ellensburg. Together they had four children who grew up in Ellensburg. Later, they divorced, and she married Homer Dennis. She is survived by two sons, Maurice L. Worgum (Sharon), of Olympia, and Wayne Worgum (Sandy), of Yakima; a daughter, JoAnn M. Mesojednik (David), of Olympia; ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands; a son and daughter-in-law, Philip L. Worgum (JoAnn); and a great- granddaughter, Grace.
