Margaret Ann 'Maggie' Blakeman was born 6 Jan 1870 in McKinney, Collin County, Texas to parents Joel Blakeman (1834 – 1881) & Nancy 'Nannie' Sparlin (1843 – 1871) who had themselves married 25 Feb 1866 in McKinney, Collin County, Texas. Sadly Maggie's Mother died of Typhoid 29 Apr 1871.

She married 2 Dec 1888 to Charles 'Charlie' Walter Bradley 1864 – 1949

Together they had many children but not limited to:
Flossie May Bradley Norwood 1891 – 1967
Hattie Lee Bradley Harrison1893 – 1979
Marvin Leslie Bradley 1896 – 1963
Margaret Bradley 1898 –
Ada Rhetta Bradley Patton 1901 – 1995

Obituary
Mrs. Margaret Ann Bradley died Monday. Survived by two sons, Leslie Bradley and Joe Bradley, both of Dallas; four daughters, Mrs. J. C. Norwood, Queen City, Tex.; Mrs. Raymond Harrison, Mrs. J. T. Patton, Dallas, Mrs. S. P. James, Corpus Christi; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. J. W. Clark.

Services Tuesday 10 a.m. Ed C. Smith & Bro. Chapel; Rev. J. E. Montgomery and Patrick Henry Jr., officiating.

Interment at Grove Hill Memorial Park. Pallbearers: Byron Clark, Byron McNeal, Torrence Hudgins, Morris Norwood, Roy Patton, Chester Vaughn.
