Charles A. Roper III, age 68 a resident of Silverhill passed away Friday, January 25, 2013. Mr. Roper was the co-owner of the Magnolia Blossom Cafe in Robertsdale. He worked for Irby Construction in Jackson, MS for 44 years. Mr. Roper loved to fish and hunt. He is survived by his wife, Darlene Roper and daughter, Liane Jordan both of Silverhill, AL; sons, Trawick Roper and Frank Roper both of Brawley, CA; sister, Ann Roper of Hazlehurst, MS and eleven grandchildren. Graveside funeral services and burial will be on Monday, January 28, 2013 at Hazlehurst Cemetery in Hazlehurst, MS. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 2951 Flowers Road, Suite 211, Atlanta, GA 30341. Local arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home, Hwy 59, Robertsdale, AL.
