Millie (Gage) Williams, 82, of Tecumseh, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 in Oklahoma City.

She was born Oct. 21, 1930 to Ed and Ollie (Henry) Gage in Trousdale.

Millie was raised in Trousdale and attended Trousdale Public Schools. She was a graduate of Trousdale High School.

She married Hilmar Edgar "Ed" Williams on Nov. 3, 1950 in Sulphur and he preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 2002.

Millie began her family in Shawnee before moving to Tecumseh in 1959 and has been a resident ever since.

She enjoyed riding her yellow All-State scooter around town and visiting with people. Millie's passion in life was to care for her family and serve others and share her love.

Millie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hilmar "Ed" Williams; grandson, Justin Williams; brothers, Floyd Gage and Lloyd Gage; and sister, Lila P. Anderson Those left to cherish her memory are four sons and three daughters-in-law, Ed and Marla Williams, of Shawnee, Wes and Elaine Williams, of Moore, Terry Williams, of Tecumseh and Monte and DeRece Williams, of Dale; daughter, Sherry Soliz, of Oklahoma City; three brothers and three sisters-in-law, Bob and Martha Gage, of Okmulgee, Claude and Sharon Gage, of Choctaw and Walt and Cindy Gage, of Norman; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Darrell Graves, of Elmore City; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 29, and continue through service time. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Beloved Brother in Christ Jerry Matheson officiating. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery.
