Lydia Malinda Luther Matthews Crump, 88, of Siloam Springs died Jan. 29, 2001 at Quail Ridge Nursing Home in West Siloam Springs, OK. She was born Nov. 10, 1912 near Rheas Mill to Martin Van and Vada Stewart Luther. She was a life resident of the area, a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Siloam Springs. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ercell Matthews, in 1967, and by her second husband, Larson Crump in 1976. Survivors are nieces and nephews. Services were at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Foley officiating. Burial in Weddington Cemetery.
