Amy Marie Russell-May, age 50, of Sparkman, Arkansas, passed from this life on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
She was born July 24, 1962, in Fordyce, Arkansas. Amy was an LPN and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Steve May, her parents, Marvin Coy Russell and Doris Earline Heath-Russell; and one brother, Steve Russell.
She is survived by one daughter, Emily May of Bearden, one son, Aaron (Brandy) May of Friendship, three sisters, Sheila Schaffner of Camden, Lisa Mosley and Linda Raney of Kingsland, four brothers, Stanley and Michael Russell of Camden, Rodney and Tim Russell of Kingsland, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Shady Grove Baptist Church near Sparkman with Shane Russell officiating. Interment will be in Holeman Cemetery. No visitation will be held.
Pallbearers are Tim, Rodney, Mike and Stanley Russell, Sam May and Austin McCants. Honorary pallbearers are Joe and David May.
