Karen Ann Irwin, 67, of Amarillo died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Dick Marcear officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Karen was born March 2, 1945, in Memphis to John and Doris Gibson. She married Jerry Irwin on Oct. 18, 1969, in Amarillo.

She graduated in 1963 from Amarillo High School. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Irwin; a son, Matt Irwin and wife Courtney of Amarillo; a sister, Lynn Dunavin and husband Jerry of Fort Worth; three nieces, Shannon Jostes and husband Scott, Tiffany Michels and husband Ken and Heather Dunavin; and two nephews, Shane Dunavin and Jamie Crowe and wife Patty; and was "Nonna" to two granddaughters, Peyton and Piper.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Jack Duncan Rhodes Foundation, in care of Cory Ramsey, P.O. Box 1, Amarillo, TX 79105.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
