CARENCRO - Funeral services were held at an 8:30 a.m. Mass yesterday in the St. Peter's Catholic Church for Eddie "Bee" Brasseaux Sr., 79, who died at 11:45 p.m. Monday in the Lafayette Guest House.
Rev. Roy D. Edwards officiated at the services.
Burial was in the church cemetery. Deacon Lester P. Breaux conducted the graveside services.
Pallbearers were Murphy Smith, Aristide Brasseaux Jr., Dudley Arceneaux, Jimmy Brasseaux, John Breaux and Felix "Too Too" Benoit.
Melancon Funeral Home of Carencro was in charge of the arrangements.
