Sam was the son of James and Lula Adams Warner. He married Gracie Jewel Adams Eads about 1935.

Sam died in the Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio Bexar Co. Texas. Death Certificate shows he lived in Three Rivers Live Oak Co. Texas and that he was married.

Samuel Warner Dies at Age 96

Three Rivers (Sp) - Samuel Lee Warner, 96, of Three Rivers died Sunday Sept. 24 in a San Antonio hospital from injuries suffered when he slipped and fell at his home two weeks ago.
He was born in Oakville and was a lifelong resident of Live Oak County. He retired in Three Rivers about 20 years ago.
He was a cowboy, having served as foreman for the West Ranch 50 years. He was a member of the Three Rivers Church of Christ and widely known as "Pop."
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Brice Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Oakville Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Gracie; two daughters, Mrs. E. E. Wilson of Three Rivers and Mrs. Patsy Franklin of George West; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
