Lloyd Lynn Holland was born to Robert & Margaret Elizabeth Cookson Holland in Bloomfield, Missouri on Sept. 18, 1952, and died at his home in Dexter on Wednesday Jan. 6, 2010, at the age of 57.

He had lived in Arkansas for 28 years before moving back to Dexter in 1997. He was a member of the Bradford Baptist Church in Bradford, Ark. and had attended the First Church of God and Grace Community Church in Dexter.

Lloyd impacted everyone he knew with his loving and caring nature. He loved his family, his friends and he especially loved being called "Pa Paw".

Surviving are his beloved partner and soul mate, Dana Craig of Dexter, two sons, Jaret Holland of Bradford, Ark., Marcus Holland of Pangburn, Ark.; two grandsons and three granddaughters; his father, Bob Holland of Bloomfield; his mother, Margaret Elizabeth Holland of Bloomfield; two brothers, Roy and Bobby Holland. both of Bloomfield; and one sister, Gail Trout of Bloomfield.

Other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Joshua Wayne Holland.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, after 10:30 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, 1:30 p.m. in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Dr. Odus Eubanks of Ellington officiating.

Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery near Puxico with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
