Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins for Annie Lou Aultman Norris, 91, of Seminary who passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Bedford Care Center in Hattiesburg.
Reverend Eddie Parker will officiate at the services with interment to follow at the Mount Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins. Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangments.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Norris, Lee Jarrell Davis, Charles Langford, Bobby Wayne Aultman, Jerry Bullock, and Terry Joe Norris. Honorary pallbearers will be V.O. Campbell, Kenneth Aultman, James Earl Anglin, and Dale Rogers. Music will be provided by Tammy Jones.
Mrs. Norris, a Sumrall, Mississippi native, was a retired nurse's aide for the Covington County Hospital. She was a member of the Mount Horeb Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Bytha Drennan Aultman; her husband, Dennis Norris; her daughter, Linda Ann Norris; and one brother, Dale Aultman.
Survivors include her son, Freddy Norris of Seminary; her granddaughter, Candy Norris of Ellisville; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Norris Watts of Hattiesburg; two sisters, Sadie Aultman Harvey of Pensacola, Florida and Betty Aultman Norris of Warner Robbins, Georgia; one brother, Ray Aultman of Collins; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
