Dorothy M. Thelen, 68, of 219 Oak Street, Chilton, died Thursday, March 10, at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah.
She was born August 25, 1914, in Chilton a daughter of Henry M. and Bridget Cook Ortlieb. On April 26, 1943, she married Zeno Thelen in Chilton. He died July 5, 1978.
Mrs. Thelen was employed at the General Telephone Co. office in Chilton and at Aluminum Specialty Co. there for 15 years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church of Chilton, and its Christian Mothers Society.
Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Alice Owens, Mrs. Ina Anhalt, and Mrs. Georgiana Dohr, of Chilton, and Mrs. Hope Buchholz of Kiel.
Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
A funeral Mass was celebrated Monday at St. Augustine Catholic Church by the Rev. William Eberhardy. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery. (sic)
