Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Bonnie Belle Cordon Moss, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013.

She was born Nov. 16, 1925, to Charles Alfred Cordon and Ada Moffat Cordon in Driggs. Growing up, Bonnie loved playing the saxophone and singing. In 1943, she graduated from Teton High School.

On March 16, 1949, she was sealed for time and all eternity to the love of her life, Lyle Barclay Moss, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. They lived in Driggs, and in 1953, they moved to Idaho Falls.

Bonnie worked for many years for Delmar Simpson and later for the city of Idaho Falls. She retired in 1989. For several years, they spent winters in Arizona and St. George, where they made many friends who they loved and cherished.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held various callings throughout the years. Throughout her life, she dedicated her time to doing service for others. She was a member locator missionary, served as a service missionary with her husband at Deseret Industries and volunteered as a Pink Lady at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

The greatest joy in her life came from her family. She would spend many hours watching and supporting them as they participated in various activities.

Bonnie will be loved and missed deeply. As a family, we are very blessed to have had her as part of our lives.

She is survived by her four children: Peggy (George) Rigby, of Idaho Falls, Tauna (Scott) Fell, of Idaho Falls, Gary (Tanya) Moss, of Boise, and R. Todd (Dawn) Moss, of Bellefonte, PA; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; and a sister, Darleene Egbert.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lyle, who passed away Feb. 22, 2009; and two brothers: Logan Cordon and Forrest Cordon.

Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Ammon LDS 21st Ward Chapel, 4030 John Adams Parkway. The family will visit with friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, and Saturday for one hour prior to the services at the church.

Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery.
