Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bishop Born in Charleston, Ark., he was the son of Elmer Ray Rogers Sr. and Catherine (Gramlick) Rogers. He graduated from Charleston High School in 1971. He married Connie Gaines on Oct. 7, 1972, in Charleston. He worked as a tank truck driver in the oil industry for A & A Tank Trucks. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and family.He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Ray Rogers Sr. and Catherine Rogers, and one brother.
