James V. Piraino(Praino), 83, of 116 Pintree Dr., North Syracuse, January 25, 1982.
He was a mechanic with Spector Cadillac of Syracuse for many years and retired in 1963. Mr. Piraino was born in Sicily. He lived in the Syracuse area for 76 years. He was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, North Syracuse.
Survived by his wife, Isabelle LaMacchia Piraino; two sons, Pat C. and James V. Praino, Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Millie Corbett; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Juinta, Mrs. Angie Paralore and Mrs. Millie Dedona; two brothers; Anthony and John; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 8:45 a.m. Thursday from the Pirro and Sons Funeral Home: 9:30 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, Burial Assumption Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home, 514 Turtle St.(Corner of Spring St.) Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
