Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary for Mrs. Retha Gruwell Haskett, 76, RR 8, who died Friday at Ball Hospital. A native of Henry County, she attended God's Free Will Tabernacle.
Survivors include three sons, Don, Bob and Dick Gruwell, all of Muncie; two stepsons, Lee and Garland Haskett, both of Muncie; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Ruth Stoneburner, Mrs. Charlotte Hamke and Mrs. Velma Hartley, all of Muncie; a brother, Gene Cross, New Castle; a sister, Marguerite Rhea, Muncie; 17 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Rev. Myron Oyler and Rev. James Helton will officiate. Interment will be in Gardens of Memory. Calling hours will be 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and prior to services Monday.
