Laura Leona Higgins (Donovan-Tucker), 64, passed away on Jan. 10, 2013 in Bend, Ore.
Higgins was born on June 27, 1948 to Carl and Betty Higgins in Buffalo.
She was active in the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed the great outdoors, all arts and crafts, cooking and baking and loved spending time with friends and family.
She attended grade school at Highland Elementary in Billings, Mont. and attended senior high school in Billings, Mont.
Higgins is survived by daughters Krystal Donovan of Missoula, Mont., Mary Tucker of Cheyenne, Suzy Magner of Hysham, Mont., and Amber "Andy" Donovan-Blackburn of Bend, Ore.; sons Brian Donovan of Lewistown, Mont. and Mike Tucker of Cheyenne; one sister, Carlene "Charlie" Daugherty of Moore, Mont., and brother Lonnie Higgins of Buffalo; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and other extended family members.
Higgins was proceeded in death by her father Carl Higgins, mother Betty Higgins, brother Michael Higgins, sister Sharon Loughan, son Carl Wayne Tucker, soulmate Lyle Blackburn and other extended family members.
