Mr. Ray was born on December 28, 1946 in Delhi, LA and died on January 23, 2013 in Monroe, LA.
He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Heis preceded in death by his parents, Tracy and Lurline Ray and by five brothers, Clyde, Donald, Thomas Eugene, Herman and Sherman Ray.
Survivors include his siblings, Julius Ray and wife, Kay, Betty Osbon, Harold Ray and wife, Lottie and Ronald Ray and wife, Mary; sister-in-law, Helen Ray; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Reggie Rountree, James Edward Osbon, Jerry Collins, Richard Faircloth, Danny Jones and Ronnie Joe Ray.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of the Tip Top Hunting Club.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
