Thelma Loretta Ratliff, 82, Lexington, Mo., died Dec. 14, 1993, in a nursing home in Lexington. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Walker-Nadler-Graff Chapel, Lexington; burial in Machpelah Cemetery, Lexington. Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the chapel. Mrs. Ratliff was born in Richmond and lived in Lexington most of her life. She was a mangle operator for the Wentworth Laundry in Lexington. She was a Jehovah's Witness. Her husband, Clarence V. Ratliff, died in 1971. Survivors include three sons, Wallace Ratliff, Lexington, Ethan Ratliff, Gladstone, and Gary Ratliff, Kingsville, Mo.; a daughter, Betty Ralston, Lexington; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
