Jack R. Baum, 49, of 928 Michael was pronounced dead on arrival at 5:45 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
Born Sept. 28, 1915, in Ada he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Baum.
Surviving are his wife, Thelma; one son, Charles, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Ivan (Mildred) Plummer of Greely Chapel Rd., Mrs. Ronald (Joan) Yoakam of Rt. 4 and Mrs. Orville (Marie) Martinson of Cudahy, Wis.
He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Forest Park EUB Church.
Services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. in the church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Lewis Memorial Chapel of Chiles and Sons-Laman Funeral Home after 7 tonight.
