Johnny is survived by his mother Ethel M. Goff; four sisters, Kay Smith, Gary, IN, Betty (Norman) Harris, Sylvia (Pete) Culberson, D. Lynette Goff, Almetrius (Rodney) Brown; three brothers, Bobby Terry, Russell Terry, and Roy (Shirley) Terry all of Gulfport, MS; one aunt Bettie (Leo) Flores, Hammond, IN.
Funeral: 1 pm, Saturday January 26, 2013, Mt. Bethel Baptist Church. Visitation: 12 Noon. Interment: Monroe Memorial Park.
