She was preceded in death by her husband Herman H. Hopper, Jr. in 1981.
Survivors include her children Katherine Smith & husband Richard, Paul Hopper, Kristi Strech & husband Les; grandchildren Kristyn, Clayton, and Cody Smith; brother John Ekstrom; and a host of other relatives and friends.
