She was active with Jacksonville First Seventh-Day Adventist church on Lenox Ave. Survivors include her 2 sons, Robert Arnold Ratchford (Karen) and Kenneth N. Ratchford (Barbara); daughter-in-law, Trish Ratchford; 5 grandchildren; and 2 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM. Thur., Dec. 16, 1999 in the chapel of TOWN & COUNTRY FUNERAL HOME, 7242 Normandy Blvd., with Elder David Moench, officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Wed., (TODAY) at the Funeral Home.
