Viola Jordan passed from this life to join her Heavenly Father on Monday January 21 2013.
She was born in Scottsboro, Alabama on June 22, 1913 to George Washington and Rosa Lee Jordan.

She spent much of younger her life in Wheatley, Arkansas and moved to Los Angeles, California as a young woman. She attended Bible College and was employed in Los Angeles for most of her life. She moved to Fayetteville in 1980.

She was preceded in death by her parents and was also preceded in death by three sisters Ruth Powell, Ruby Doom, Lucille Pemberton; two brothers George Washington (G.W.) Jordan and John Jordan.

She is survived by sister-in-law Reba Jordan and sisters Mary Lawson and Juanita Melton as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Rehabilitation Nursing Home. Further appreciation is given to Washington Regional Hospice and Dr. Johnny Adkins.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Friday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday January 25, 2013 at Moore's Chapel with burial to follow at Farmington Cemetery.
