Camron Abraham Brothers of Gadsden, AL formerly of Susan Moore passed away at Gadsden Healthcare on January 21, 2013 at the age of 89. A native of Blount County, AL he was the son of the late Dennis Melvin and Parie Jane Woods Brothers. He retired from Blue Bell after 28 years of service. A longtime member of Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church he enjoyed going to singings, farming and gardening. Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by wife, Ruby King Brothers; brothers, Aaron, Ulus, Calvin, Lecil, Mitchell, Webster and Herbert Brothers; sisters, Mamie Bryson, Virgie Bryant, Lillie Lybrand and Alice Washburn. Mr. Brothers is survived by daughter, Judy Parris of Gadsden and grandson, Daniel Parris and wife Cassie of Remlap. Bro. Hubert Thompson will officiate funeral services from Valley Chapel of Oneonta on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 2PM with burial following at Mt. Moriah Cemtery. Mr. Brothers will lie in state at Valley Chapel on Wednesday from 12 Noon until service time. Pallbearers: Daniel Parris, Jamie Brothers, JJ Brothers and Lynn Cuzzort.
