Maggie was born Sept 28,1919,in New Lexington to the late Charles and Minnie Roberta (Shipley) Yarnelli and passed away May 6, 2008 at her residence with her family at her side.

Maggie retired from Smyth Manufacturing after working 65 years.

She leaves behind her daughter,Charlotte CB (Daniel)Kinney, of Newark; granddaughters, Georgiana Dannatte Kinney, of Newark,and Felicia A.(Carl) Knapp, of Heath;great-granddaughter,Tasha Roberta Lynn (Christopher) Pickrel,of Newark; great-great-grandson, Lyric Pickel.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,George William Arter, of over 50 years; daughter Sandra Lee Arter; and many brothers & sisters.
