"Chuck" was a surveyor, employed by Hornor Bros' Engineering for many years. He was also very active in the Bridgeport Volunteer Fire Dept., and served as a city police officer. At the time of his death, he was employed as the City Engineer of Bridgeport.
He served his country in WWII, and was an avid fisherman and hunter.
