Ramona was the daughter of John Howard Felts and Bessie Marie Blackburn. Sister to Johnny, Bobby Joe, Elizabeth Ann, Jerry Dale and Jean Doris. Wife of Millard Dale Williams. Mother to Ted, Scott, John, Patricia and Sandy.

Ramona Dean Williams 77 of Centralia passed away on January 19, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Mrs. Williams was born on January 4, 1936 in Arlington, Kentucky the daughter of John Howard Felts and Bessie Marie (Blackburn) Felts. She married Millard Dale Williams on March 1, 1952 in Corinth, Mississippi and he preceded her in death on May 30, 1990. Mrs. Williams is survived by three sons Ted Williams and wife Ann of Savoy, Scott Williams and wife Brandy of Centralia, and John Williams and wife Yomina of O'Fallon, MO; two daughters Patricia Gooding of Decatur, and Sandy Holtkamp and husband John of Centralia; nine grandchildren David Williams and wife Denise, Heather Williams, Rachel Williams, Stella Williams, Mallory Williams, Zachary Gooding, Samuel Gooding, Andy Holtkamp and Alex Holtkamp; two great-grandchildren Devin Williams and Dylan Williams; two sister in laws Betty Felts and Shirley Kohut; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband Millard she was preceded in death by an infant son Timothy Williams; three brothers John Felts, Bobby Joe Felts, Jerry Felts; and two sisters Elizabeth Wilson and Jean Sowers. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Central City Baptist Church, Seneca Lodge, Women of the Moose, and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was a former employee of BCMW where she worked as a receptionist. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing mahjong, and crocheting. Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held on Tuesday January 22 at 11:00 am at Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home with Pastor Quinton Runyon officiating. Interment will follow at Black Oak Ridge Cemetery in Marlow. Visitation will be from 9 am until the time of services.
