Belinda enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter and making many kinds of crafts for family and friends.
She was a jury coordinator with Dorchester County Clerk of Court for 14 years. She was a member of Ridgeville Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband Woody are: son: Leo "Lee" Hill, III (Denise) of Ridgeville; granddaughter: Caroline Hill of Ridgeville; brother: John "Danny" D. Anderson, Jr. of Ridgeville; two nieces: Jenny Horne of Summerville and Julie Hesher of Ravenel, and sister-in-law: Cindy Anderson.
Friends and family may call at the funeral home, January 23, 2013, from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock PM. Funeral services will be held, January 24, 2013, at 2 o'clock PM at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville.
