Mayo Grimsley, 90, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Monday, January 21, 2013 at Heritage Health Care of Fitzgerald.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mr. Grimsley was born September 24, 1922, in Cochran, Georgia, to the late Will and Alice Hunt Grimsley. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving his country during WWII.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Edith Estelle Jones Grimsley; a son: Bobby Grimsley; a great-granddaughter: Brandi Watts; five brothers and five sisters.
