Daughter of the late Henry and Stella Hickman Bledsoe, she was the widow of Jack A. Burton, who died on April 19, 2003. She was survived by her sons, Michael Burton, Sr., Jeffery Burton and Jack Burton, Sr.; grandchildren, Jack Burton, Jr., Stephanie Burton and Michael Burton, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Makena Burton, Jack Marshall Burton, Caleb Burton, Alden Burton and Ethan Burton; and an extended family of realtives and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Janaury 21, 2013, at Saint Mark Catholic Church, where she was a member.
