Mrs. Mann was born July 7, 1909, in Nokomis, the daughter of Jessie O. and Besse Lehman Burrell. Mrs. Mann was a homemaker. She worked for 10 years at the Four Seasons Clothing Store in Tuscola, where she worked as a sales clerk. Mrs. Mann was a member of the Jarman Hospital Auxiliary and the Tuscola Women's Club. She was a member of the Tuscola United Methodist Church. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She married Laurence H. Mann on Aug. 6, 1936, in Neoga. He preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 1993.
Surviving are her sons, Robert Mann of Effingham; James Mann of Abingdon, Va.; Thomas Mann of Tuscola; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Vera Getz of Decatur.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
