Gratiot- Funeral services for Otto Dornedon, 70, prominent Gratiot township farmer, who died late Monday at a Monroe hospital after a long illness, will be held Thursday at 9:30 am at St. Joseph's Catholic church. The Rev. Gilbert E. Carlton, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery. Mr. Dorneden was born in Gratiot, and farmed near here all his life.

Survivors include four sons, Charles and Paul, Gratiot; John, DeKalb, Ill., and Edward, Maple Bluff, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Virgil Appel, Apple River, Ill., and Mrs. Harry Larson, Gratiot; two brothers, John and Lawrence, Gratiot; six sisters, Mrs. Minnie McAuliffe and Caroline, Gratiot; Mrs. Bernice Traxler, Chicago, Ill.; and Mrs. Walter Zender, Mrs. Frank Eckerman, and Clara Dorneden, all in Iowa.

The body is at the Ayers Funeral home. Friends may call at the home of his sister, Caroline, Gratiot.
