ELIZABETHVILLE- Violet D. Lebo, age 88, widow of Joseph S. Lebo, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was born on July 30, 1934 in Dalmatia, PA the daughter of [the late] Clarence and Helen ( Klinger ) Brosius.
Violet was a devoted and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who's greatest love was her family.
She worked at various jobs throughout her life and retired from the former Elizabethville Playtimers slipper factory as a floor supervisor. She attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Elizabethville
She is survived by son, Joseph (Marlene) Lebo, Millersburg, and daughter, Cindy Warfel of Elizabethville; Grandchildren, Todd Lebo, Heather Shade and Andrew (Holly) Warfel; Great grandchildren, Hannah Lebo, Kaitlyn Lebo, Ella Lebo, Hailey Shade, Sarah Shade, Kinsley Warfel and Taylah Warfel and a sister, Barbara Bressler.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffrey Lebo; Son-in-law, Randy Warfel; Brothers, Clarence "Buddy" Brosius, Delroy Brosius, and Derl Brosius and a sister, Miriam Engle.
There will be a viewing held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd, Elizabethville, on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 10-11 AM Services will start at 11 AM followed by burial at Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
