Carl H. Anderson was born in the town of Wiota, Sept. 30, 1886, to Ole and Helena Anderson, and died at the Wisconsin General Hospital at Madison, on the 3rd of February, 1932, at the age of 45 years, 4 months and 3 days.
On the 14th day of February, 1917 he was united in marriage to Miss Esther Stephenson, of Wiota. They made their home at several places until they moved to their present home two miles north of South Wayne.
To this union six children were born, Orville, Phyllis, Kenneth, Clayton, Mavis and Dorothy., who besides their mother mourn the loss of a kind and loving father and husband.
He also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Mary Larson of Browntown, and Mrs. Chris Evenson of Stanley, also a half-brother, Gustav Anderson of Stanley; besides other relatives and numerous friends.
Funeral services were conducted from the late home and to the East Wiota church, with interment in the adjoining cemetery, Rev. W.O. Wilhelmsen officiating.
