Charles S. Kubinski, 79, of 22063 Riverbend Drive W., Watertown, died Monday at his home, where he was under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County.
Mr. Kubinski retired from the Watertown Police Department in 1975 after 20 years' service and owned the New Parrot Motel from 1968 to 1976.
Born Nov. 27, 1926, in the town of Martinsburg, he was a son of Roman and Mary Petrus Kubinski.
He served in the Navy from Dec. 2, 1943, to June 2, 1946, as a motor machinist on
