Mrs. Stacy Scruggs Bell of Wallace Drive, Fayetteville, died Saturday at Huntsville Hospital following a long illness. She was 62 years old and and the wife of Ray Bell, who survives.

Services were Sunday afternoon at the Washington Street Church of Christ with Eugene Peden of Nashville officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.

A native of Lincoln County, Mrs. Bell was employed as a licensed practical nurse at the Liincoln County Hospital for about six years and was employed for the past three years by Dr. Joseph Crumbliss in Fayetteville. She was a member of the Washington Street Church of Christ.

Also survivng are four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Henderson, Mrs. Lillian Fultz and Mrs. Jerelene Hereford, all of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Jean Yarbrough of Southgate, Michigan; and a brother, Thomas R. Scruggs, Huntsville.
