Phillip Wade Underwood, 47 years, 06 months, 05 days, of Red Bay, Ala., died Oct. 04, 1991 at the Red Bay Hospital. He was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Services were at the church with burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Underwood; two daughters, Sherry Holland and Kim Davidson, both of Vina; his mother, Lenis Underwood; two sisters, Retha Wigginton and Melba Johnson, all of Fulton; seven brothers, Elton Underwood of Cullman, Windell Underwood and Gerald Underwood, both of Golden, Tommy Underwood and Mac Underwood, both of Tupelo, James Underwood of Tremont and Eddie Underwood of Glen, La.; two grandchildren.
