MRS. HENRY BERLET
The sad death took place at Kitchener on Sunday of Mrs. Henry Berlet, nee Louisa Fischer, in her 69th year. Death was unexpected and was due to heart failure. The funeral took place from the late residence on Wednesday afternoon to the St. Peter's Lutheran church where Rev. Sperling conducted an impressive service after which interment was made in Mount Hope cemetery.
The late Mrs. Berlet was born in Kitchener on June 30, 1854. In December 1871 she was married to Henry Berlet, who survives with three sons. George of Tavistock, Daniel and Adolph of Kitchener and four daughters Mrs. Tom Bedford, Bloomingdale, Mrs. E. Harris, Waterloo, Mrs. Charles Knapp of Kitchener and Vera at home. Also one sister, Mrs. Conrad Fischer of Kitchener, and seventeen grandchildren.
