He is survived by his mother, Lois Decker of Eaton; two brothers: Pat Decker of Eaton and Michael D. Decker of Morehead, Ky.; three sisters: Bonnie J. Israeloff of Ft.Lauderdale, Fl., Donna J. Laird and Katie Sheard, both of Eaton; nieces and nephews.
