Earl H. Penquite
LYNCHBURG --- Earl H. Penquite, 79, died Saturday at noon at Clinton Memorial hospital, Wilmington, where he had been patient since Sept. 9.
He was born near Clarksville Oct. 15, 1879, the son of Elijah and Adda Bradfield Penquite.
Suriviors are three daughters, Miss Florence Penquite and Mrs. High L. Murphy of Columbus, Mrs. Fred C. Roush of Lynchburg; two sons, William of Lynchburg and John Robert Penquite of Hillsboro, and three brothers, George and Fred of Blanchester and Harry Penquite of Hillsboro.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Davis funeral home, Lynchburg, in charge of the Rev. Robert Nora, and interment will be at Lynchburg.
