Gayle Ann Lydston, 68, of Boise, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at her home. Gayle was born on February 8, 1944 in Salmon, Idaho a daughter of Bernard "Buzz" and Dorothy (Schofield) Richardson.

Gayle married Hugh Lydston in 1966. She worked in the classified ad department for the Idaho Statesman Newspaper, and later owned her own drapery business called Gayle's Drapes.

After Hugh passed away in 1993 she became an avid golfer. Gayle usually spent winters in Yuma, Arizona where she could golf every day. She loved to picnic and fish.

Gayle is survived by her two sisters, Janice Fallert of Middleton, ID, and Karen Demick of Salmon, ID/Yuma, AZ; three nephews, Mike Demick of Boise, Richard Plecker of Los Angeles, CA, and Jason Plecker of Sedan, KS.

A memorial service will be held at later date in Salmon, Idaho, and her inurnment will be at the Salmon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lemhi County Museum, Salmon, Idaho 83467.
