Mrs. Irene Olive Jack, 36, died Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist hospital in Indianapolis following an illness of one week. Born January 28, 1908 in Madison township in Tipton county, she was the daughter of Albert and Ida Juday, of 228 North 12th street, this city. Survivors are the husband William B. Jack; a daughter, Elizabeth Lou Brewer; a sister, Mrs. Clyde Washington, of Tipton, and the parents. The body was taken to the Clark Chapel and will be returned to the home of the parents, 228 North 12th street, this evening. Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the East Main Street Christian Church with Rev. J. C. Drake, and the Rev. D. D. McColl, officiating. Burial will be made in the City cemetery.
