Preceded in death by parents, Andrew Dan and Lillie Mae Parkhurst; sisters, Regenia Moore and JoAnne Mills; brother, Charles Parkhurst. She is survived by sister; four brothers; numerous nieces and nephews. A graduate of Howard High School. Ms. Parkhurst retired from BellSouth with thirty six years of service. She was a Member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and The Nashville Women's Bowling Association. Known for her kind and generous ways and her dry sense of humor, Mary Lou will long be remembered by all who knew her.
