Born Nov. 23, 1918, in Pittston, daughter of the late William and Mary Stonikinis. She was a member of St. Mary's Czestochowa until its closing and was a member of Divine Mercy Parish. Helen was a 1937 graduate of Pittston High School. She was a resident of Greenwood for over 60 years. Before retirement, she was employed as a sales clerk and in the garment industry. She was active in church, school and civic affairs in her community.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Wilson; a grandson, Robert M. Harvilchuck; two sisters, Anna Labashosky and Mary Powell; and three brothers, Joseph, William and George Stonikinis.
